How to Report Spam Emails

Spam emails can be a nuisance but reporting them is easy with our built-in spam reporting feature. Follow the steps below to report a spam email:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the Email: Navigate to your inbox and open the email you want to report as spam.
  2. Locate the Spam Button: In the top right corner of the email, you will see a button labeled “Report Spam” (see image below).
  3. Click the Button: Click on the “Report Spam” button. This will automatically move the email to your spam folder and notify our system to block similar emails in the future.

Why Report Spam?

Reporting spam helps us improve our email filtering system, ensuring inbox remains clean and free of unwanted messages. It also helps protect other users from potential phishing and malicious emails.

 

Additional Tips

  • Check Your Spam Folder: Occasionally, legitimate emails might end up in your spam folder. Check it regularly and mark any legitimate emails as “Not Spam.”
  • Be Cautious: Avoid clicking links or downloading attachments from unknown senders to protect your personal information.
